WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US SimCorp ONE is evolving from a product suite into a unified investment management platform - and the work of making that real is happening now. We are building SC1 View as the shared visibility layer for CIOs, Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, and Performance teams. We are building the Action Center to shift work detection from individuals to the platform and Neo, our AI assistant that is the single point of entry for natural language interaction across the investment management value chain. These are not isolated product bets - they are the structural components of one platform. The Group Product Manager for SimCorp ONE is the person who holds platform vision, builds coherence across these foundational capabilities, and ensures that our product decisions compound toward one trustworthy, high-performance platform for the investment management industry As Group Product Manager for SimCorp ONE, you will own the strategy and coherence of our core platform capabilities - the foundational layer that every vertical, persona, and AI experience is built on. Your remit spans SC1 View (our unified monitoring surface), the Action Center (responsibility-aware work orchestration). These products share a common architectural ambition: replace fragmented, manual, application-hopping workflows with a platform that detects, routes, and surfaces the right information to the right person at the right time. You will manage a team of highly skilled Product Managers, each owning a capability area within this foundational layer, and your leadership will set the standard for how product craft is practiced across the organization. Beyond your direct team, you will cross-lead within the broader Foundational Solutions area - spanning SimCorp's IBOR (Investment Book of Record), which underpins the authoritative position and accounting data that every platform experience depends on, and our platform AI solutions, which sit at the intersection of the Action Center, CoPilot, and the agentic capabilities we are building into the platform. You will work at the intersection of product strategy, platform architecture, and cross-domain execution - aligning product managers, engineering leads, design, and commercial teams around a coherent platform roadmap. You will set the standards for how we govern APIs, how the Action Center establishes responsibility models, how View becomes the shared visibility layer, and how LaunchPoint makes it all discoverable. You will represent the platform externally to clients and prospects, and internally to senior leadership. This is not a domain PM role. It is a platform leadership role for someone who understands that the most important product decisions are often the ones that determine how the pieces fit together. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Drive the SimCorp ONE product roadmap. Own and evolve the multi-year strategy for our foundational platform capabilities - SC1 View, Action Center, and the design system - ensuring they compound toward a unified, coherent platform experience rather than four isolated products. Define how these capabilities interlock: how View consumes governed APIs, how the Action Center routes work based on explicit responsibility profiles, and how SimCorp ONE makes every capability discoverable from a single, persona-aware starting point. Shape the Action Center as the platform's operational intelligence layer. Own the product strategy for the Action Center - the responsibility-aware orchestration layer that shifts work detection from individuals to the platform. Guide the evolution from targeted 1.0 signaling (corporate actions, option exercises, front-office flows) toward cross-domain orchestration and AI-driven prioritisation. Ensure the principle of intentional silence is upheld: every routed signal is a justified claim on attention. Define how the Action Center integrates with existing alert infrastructure in SCD Web and Order Manager without creating competing notification surfaces. Lead SC1 View as the platform's shared visibility layer. Own the product strategy for SC1 View - the unified, high-performance monitoring surface that serves CIOs, Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, and Performance teams from one coherent interface.
