Product and Solutions Sales Specialist As a Storage, Platforms & Solutions (SPS) Team Lead focused on Global Alliances partners in the APJ region, you will serve as a domain expert and trusted advisor, driving Dell's broad storage portfolio strategy and executing complex, high-impact sales campaigns. This is a field sales role with a preferred location in Singapore. You will work closely with APJ GSI/CSP/Advisory leadership and major Global Alliances partners across APJ, developing strong executive relationships and delivering tailored value propositions that emphasize Dell's differentiated Primary Storage solutions (PowerStore, PowerFlex, PowerMax, and Connectrix). Familiarity with the Unstructured Data Solutions (UDS) and Security & Resiliency Platforms (SRP) portfolios, is also highly beneficial. In addition, you will provide virtual leadership and coordination for SPS, UDS and SRP resources supporting Global Alliances across APJ. Join us as Product and Solutions Sales Specialist on our Sales Team in Singapore to do the best work of your career and make a profound Social Impact You Will: Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with Global Alliances partners across APJ, engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CxOs and senior executives. Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity creation, pipeline management, forecasting, and ongoing account plan development tied to both revenue and margin objectives. Utilize consultative and solutions-based selling to position Dell's Primary Storage portfolio, aligning partner and end-customer business needs with innovative technology outcomes and compelling TCO/ROI. Respond to RFPs, prepare and deliver compelling technical and business presentations, and develop formal proposals that clearly map to client and partner requirements. Collaborate extensively with finance, deal desk, and other cross-functional teams to ensure sales campaigns are structured for profitability, compliance, and risk management, leveraging accurate cost models and value propositions. Drive specialty storage sales initiatives, including technical refreshes, competitive takeouts, and "Art of the Possible" conversations, with a relentless focus on exceeding objectives in a highly matrixed sales environment. Provide virtual leadership, coaching, and direction to SPS and adjacent specialty resources aligned to Global Alliances in APJ, helping prioritize focus, share best practices, and orchestrate joint campaigns. Maintain ongoing knowledge of Dell's solution roadmap and adjacent portfolios (UDS, DPS, SRP, HCI/Cloud Platforms), identifying new initiatives and growth opportunities across assigned partners. Leverage account and industry insights, including market trends and competitive intelligence, to shape partner plans and influence multi-year storage strategies. Essential Requirements Produce clear, concise reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including business reviews, pipeline updates, and risk/mitigation plans. Extensive experience in enterprise or complex solution sales, preferably in data center, cloud infrastructure, or storage markets; direct account management within these domains is highly desirable. Proven Leadership experience across the Specialty Platforms and trusted relationships with key stakeholders in Singapore and across APJ. Demonstrable expertise in Dell's Primary Storage portfolio (PowerStore, PowerFlex, PowerMax, Connectrix); working knowledge of UDS and SRP portfolios is considered a strong advantage. Strong aptitude for understanding and articulating technical solutions in the context of business outcomes, including performance, resilience, cyber recovery, and AI/data initiatives. Proven record of building and growing alliances, managing cross-functional and virtual teams, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced, resource-matrixed environment.
