The School of Data Science seeks applications for a TFWS Research and Insights Analyst. This position supports research and synthesis across CAAL's initiatives, including topics such as nonprofit impact, social and human services, and public interest technology. Students in this role apply qualitative and quantitative methods to help answer real-world policy and practice questions. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct desk and landscape research to map current practices and innovations in policy and social impact. Draft memos, briefs, or case studies summarizing findings for internal and external audiences. Support data collection and analysis. Synthesize practitioner interviews and literature into clear insights and recommendations. Draft blog posts, social media content, or newsletters. Interview practitioners and synthesize insights into stories or spotlights. Support copyediting, layout, and publication of reports and resources. Contribute to visual content creation (graphics, slides, or short videos).
