About the role
We are looking for a talented Art Director who is curious, full of life and looking for a fantastic challenge within an international agency such as Ogilvy. Taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work with the senior copywriter and organize the team to carry out creative thinking, supervise team members and produce creative works that meet Ogilvy's standards.

- Have good communication skills and teamwork skills when working with collaborators.
- As a "senior student", help designers become familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.
- Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.
- Proficiency in mainstream design software.
- Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.

Requirements
- At least 5-6 years' experience in advertising agencies
- Be able to execute concepts to a visual standard for client presentations
- Should be able to oversee production of different media
- Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them
- Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to direct creative teams, photographers and other 3rd party creative groups
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent degree in commercial arts or related field is a plus
- Referenced works or a portfolio is required for this position.
