Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead renovation and fit-out projects from commencement through to handover, ensuring all phases meet quality and timeline targets
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to monitor progress and ensure timely completion
• Attend site meetings to identify and resolve technical and operational challenges promptly
• Verify that all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor project costs and implement budget controls to prevent overruns
• Manage site manpower and subcontractor performance to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and documentation for stakeholder review
• Ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations throughout project execution
• Required competencies and certifications
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior renovation or construction projects
• Knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and construction methods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
