Software Developer - AI Vulnerability Triage

About the role

Location: CN-Shenzhen-HyQ Shift: Standard - 40 Hours (China) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Permanent Job Summary: The London Metal Exchange (LME), building an AI-powered vulnerability triage platform to transform how we identify, prioritise and track remediation of security vulnerabilities across our estate. We are looking for a Software Developer who can design and build this platform from the ground up. The system will ingest vulnerability feeds from our security tooling (Relia Quest, MDE, SonarQube, Qualys, FireMon, Vendor notification), apply AI-driven contextualisation and risk-based prioritisation, and surface actionable triage decisions to our security operations and patching teams -replacing manual, volume-based processes with an intelligent, data-driven workflow. This is a greenfield build with real impact: the platform will directly support LME's ability to meet critical patch SLAs, and demonstrate a quantitative security posture to the Board and regulators Job Duties: Essential Requirements 3+ years of professional software development experience with e.g. Java, Node.js and Python in production environments Strong PostgreSQL skills: schema design, query optimisation, indexing strategy, migrations Demonstrable experience integrating with LLM / AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI or similar) Experience building REST APIs with authentication and RBAC Solid understanding of async programming, message queues and data pipeline patterns Comfortable working from loosely defined requirements , able to propose architecture and drive to delivery Experience with containerisation and CI/CD pipelines Strong written communication; able to produce technical documentation Desirable Requirements Experience in cybersecurity tooling, vulnerability management or security operations platforms Familiarity with CVSS, EPSS or vulnerability risk scoring frameworks Experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes in an enterprise environment Background in regulated financial services, FMI, exchange or similar environment Prompt engineering experience: structured outputs, chain-of-thought, RAG patterns Company Introduction: ITD SZ 港交所科技（深圳）有限公司 ，是2016年12月28日于深圳市前海自贸区成立的外商独资企业。 作为港交所的技术子公司， 港交所科技（深圳）有限公司 主要是为集团及其附属公司提供计算机软件、计算机硬件、信息系统、云存储、云计算、物联网和计算机网络的开发、技术服务、技术咨询、技术转让；经济信息咨询、企业管理咨询、商务信息咨询、商业信息咨询、信息系统设计、集成、运行维护；数据库管理、大数据分析；以承接服务外包方式提供系统应用管理和维护、信息技术支持管理、数据处理等信息技术和业务流程外包服务。
