Requirements
- Massachusetts RN Licensure.
- 3 Years of Emergency Department RN Experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

- Directs the incoming ambulances, SNF and physician referrals to the appropriate campus with the best ability to promptly evaluate and provide services to the patient.
- Assists with the scheduling, managing, and transporting of patients being discharged or transferred from the hospital campus.
- Assists with the scheduling of A-10, BH-1, and MIH services.
- Exceeds expectations for experience of callers in all communication methods (verbal or written).
- Participates in performance improvement projects.
- Communicates and coordinates effectively with other disciplines such as Communications Specialists, Charge Nurses, and ED Providers.

- Knowledge of current OEMS STP and POE protocols.
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate data.

- Ability to analyze, evaluate multiple solutions, and solve complex problems using well developed critical & analytical thinking skills.
- Knowledge and application of the nursing process.
- Excellent time management skills needed to prioritize competing priorities.
- Requires the ability to work independently and establish an effective working relationship with healthcare providers in physician's offices, community agencies, hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
