MNC Company Basic $3,000 -$4,000 + AWS + VB Working Location: Tai Seng Working Days: Monday- Friday Working Hours:9.00am - 6.30pm Job Responsibilities: Merchandising Strategy & Planning Develop and executeMen's and Unisex merchandising strategies to drive businessgrowth across markets and platforms Build assortment mixstrategies across categories based on brand direction, market trends,and commercial needs Translate market insights into actionable plans to strengthen product positioning and performance Creative (Art) &Product Planning Contribute to the creative development of collections , including product design direction, concept planning, and product ideation and assortment planning (non-production role). Work closely with Design and Branding teams to shape seasonal and long-term product vision Data Analysis &Commercial Insights Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and gaps Use data to guide collection planning, pricing, and merchandising decisions Balance creative direction with strong commercial and analytical thinking Cross-functional Collaboration Partner closely with Branding, Design, Merchandise Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams Align on seasonal direction and ensure smooth execution of product strategies across all channels Communicate merchandising vision and key initiatives to internal stakeholders Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
