Responsibilities

  • These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.
  • Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer service, including answering phone inquiries.
  • Coordinate customer service calls with staff and track work orders in the computer system.
  • Address basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Assist with e mployee o nboarding & o rientation: s upport new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements.
  • Review timecard hours , leave balances, and payroll for discrepancies ; ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to maintain office operations.
  • Adhere to and e nsure compliance with company policies, safety programs and required training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3-5 years' experience in an office environment with an emphasis in accounting , payroll, or other bookkeeping duties
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security badge for working in secure airport areas
  • Flexibility to work day or night shift , including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong planning , organizational , and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Previous e xperience in a customer service setting
  • Experience in airport operations
  • Knowledge of Work Order & Maintenance Management Systems used for tracking service requests and operational tasks.
  • Strong p roblem- s olving and d ecision- m aking s kills to address customer concerns and operational challenges efficiently.
  • Experience h andling c onfidential i nformation with discretion, particularly in payroll , timekeeping, and financial reporting.

  • WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • The primary work environment is similar to an office environment. However, this position must have the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts; on an active Airport ramp; near vehicles and jet aircraft .
  • Pay Range:
  • $42,100.00 - $64,500.00
