This role leads defect tracking, analyzes quality trends, and drives resolution of operational quality issues while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and distribution processes.This position is part of the Quality Systems Department located in Romeoville, Illinois, and will be on-site.In this role, a typical day will look like:Lead customer defect tracking and resolution (CDT&R) through data reporting and daily management activitiesAnalyze quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities within distribution operationsSupport root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issuesSupport daily visual management, KPIs, and operational quality processesProvide on-floor support for nonconformances and product holdsMaintain and support Quality Management System (QMS) processes, including CAPA, SCAR, audits, and documentationThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical field3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environmentsExperience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)Experience with quality tools and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience analyzing quality data and metricsUS ONLY :The compensation range for this role is $68,000 - $84,000 USD per year.
