Join Our Team at the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic Established in 2009, the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic serves as a TCM Board approved teaching clinic for the programmes in Biomedical Sciences and Chinese Medicine at the School of Biological Sciences, College of Science. We offer a range of services including acupuncture, cupping, tuina treatment massage for adults, and paediatric tuina, along with herbal medication. We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Clinic Support Officer to contribute to the clinic's operational excellence and enhance patient service delivery. Job Description Handle telephone enquiries and manage appointment bookings for patients. Coordinate and match patients' needs with appropriate physicians, taking into account patient preferences and well-being. Manage daily front desk cash collections with accuracy, integrity, and proper record-keeping. Deliver high-quality customer service, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and relationship management. Support day-to-day clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or clinic management.
