Requirements
- Education : Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience : Prior experience in logistics, operations, or milestone tracking is an advantage.
- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills.
- Communication Skills : Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle customer and internal interactions professionally.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Typing Proficiency : Minimum 30-40 words per minute with 95%+ accuracy.
- Shift Requirements : Ability and willingness to work Night Shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Flexibility : Ability to support operations on public holidays when required.
