Product Designer (UX/UI) - Digital Solutions (m/f/d) (Ref.No. R1011667) at our location in Berlin You will enjoy having this responsibility: As a Product Designer (UX/UI) - Digital Solutions (m/f/d) in the Digital Competence Center, you shape user-centric digital experiences across complex industrial and rail-related environments. You translate user needs and operational workflows into intuitive and effective solutions, combining strong user experience thinking with high-quality and consistent interface design. You drive design excellence across digital transformation initiatives. With your strong design mindset, you play a key role in embedding human-centered and design-driven thinking throughout the organization It also involves the following tasks: Leading user research activities such as interviews, field studies, and workflow analyses is part of your core responsibilities You translate research insights into user journeys, personas, and service blueprints to drive meaningful design decisions By designing wireframes, user flows, and prototypes, you bring intuitive digital solutions to life. With a strong eye for detail, you create high-quality user interfaces (UI) that ensure usability, consistency, and visual clarity You actively contribute to shaping and evolving our design system, including components, styles, and interaction patterns Working closely with cross-functional teams, you translate complex technical and operational requirements into intuitive user experiences You facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and actively advocate for user-centered design across initiatives In addition, you conduct usability testing and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and data insights You have: You hold a degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or comparable professional experience You bring several years of experience in designing digital products, ideally within complex technical or industrial environments You have strong skills in UI Design A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process, problem-solving skills, and design execution is part of your profile Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure) is expected Solid knowledge of UX methodologies, interaction design, accessibility, and information architecture belong to your competency profile Strong communication skills, a user-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders complete your profile Our Talent Acquisition Team is ooking forward to hearing from you +49 (0) 152 59 10 1539 Ioanna Sapountzi We look forward to receiving your application in just a few clicks via our career portal.
