What you'll own and drive Drive Growth in the SMB Market: Be a key driver for Hoxhunt's growth across DACH region, specifically identifying and closing new business with organizations ranging up to 1000 employees. Master the Full Sales Cycle with Inbound Support: Own and manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery (leveraging marketing inbounds and self-generated leads) to proposals, procurement, and closing with SMB clients in your segment. Achieve Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed your New Business ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) quota. Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships and establish Hoxhunt's credibility with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within your target accounts. Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our Marketing team to optimize inbound lead generation and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the SMB market across DACH. Represent Hoxhunt at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed across your region. Contribute to building brand awareness and credibility within the SMB market globally. What success looks like In your first 3 months you'll: Craft a healthy, growing sales pipeline by leveraging marketing inbounds and self-generated opportunities, while building strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts in your segment. By month 6 you'll: Secure significant new business ARR from SMB organizations (0-1000 employees) across the DACH region and contribute to Hoxhunt becoming a recognized key cybersecurity partner in the market. What makes you thrive here You have: 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive selling complex SaaS or software solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets. Native or full professional proficiency in German, alongside fluency in English, preferably with professional experience selling to the DACH market. Deep SMB Market Knowledge: Significant professional experience selling to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (0-1000 employees), with a strong understanding of their unique sales cycles and business needs. Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energetic, highly autonomous, and motivated by the challenge of acquiring new business within a competitive market. Willingness to Travel: Based in Helsinki and eager to travel regularly across the DACH region for meetings, events, and networking as required. Exceptional Organizational Skills: Capable of managing a high volume of meetings and open discussions while adapting strategies when faced with challenges.
