The HRIS Analyst is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Workday HR systems, creating customized reports and configuring/improving business processes to support changes in organizational structure and new HR initiatives. This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, and Administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors. This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs. Location: Florham Park, NJ Schedule: 3 days in office 2 days from home We are seeking a skilled UKG Workforce Specialist to support the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the UKG (formerly Kronos) Workforce Management (WFM) system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central, a strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain UKG Dimensions modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Leave, and Attendance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical system specifications and configurations.
  • Perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues within the Dimensions system, performing root cause analysis.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of changes and upgrades.
  • Maintain and create pay rules, work rules, schedule templates, shift differentials, attendance policies and other configurations.
  • Create and generate reports from Dimensions data to provide insights into data analytics.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Dimensions Time & Attendance functionalities.
  • Participate in system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop training materials and provide training to end-users on Dimensions functionalities and best practices.

Requirements

  • Required:
  • Proven experience configuring and supporting UKG Kronos (Dimensions and Workforce Central).
  • Deep knowledge of Dimensions and WFC business processes such as timekeeping, scheduling, leave management, and labor compliance.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining pay rules, work rules, and scheduling patterns.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data interfaces/integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Preferred:
  • UKG Certification (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, or Dimensions).
  • Experience integrating Kronos with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Project management experience or involvement in Dimensions system implementations.
  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions and WFC configuration and support.
  • Working Conditions
  • Remote
  • May require occasional travel for training or implementation projects.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours during go-lives or critical support windows.
