About the role
Supervise Subcontractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment. Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations (i.e. conducting regular audits of building and systems); Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works.
