Role: Project Manager (Civil Engineering / Up to $10k) Office at: CHANGI BUSINESS PARK {Expo MRT} Work at project sites (Toa Payoh) Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm Salary is up to $10,000 Job Responsibilities: Lead the overall planning, scheduling, operation and execution of the project lifecycle from inception to completion. Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and performance targets. Develop and maintain construction programmes, resource plans, and work schedules. Assist in the management of project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities. Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth communication and resolution of project issues. Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and constructability. Support or lead project teams, including site engineers and coordinators. Job requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline Minimum 10 years of experience, with proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
