• 1+ years of experience with Production Management Systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Knowledge of inventory management and control.

As an Administrative Auxiliary , you will control and manage inventories, and monitoring the usage of materials used in production processes through the system. You will also support management and department heads in the preparation of controlled documents, procedures, and work instructions. You will work #LI-Onsite reporting to the senior production manager at our plant located in Tepexpan Main Responsibilities You will manage sub-inventories within the production facility and perform cycle counts of main and critical products in the area. You will monitor the real-time usage of cleaning solvents and manage the transfer of solvents and resins from warehouses to the production facility. You will accomplish the transfer of contaminated solvents to designated disposal areas. You will analyze and manage corrective actions for deviations related to the proper closure of production batches. you will manage the Finished Goods sub-inventory by reconciling inventory balances and finished goods transactions between Production and Warehouse departments. You will coordinate the execution of the semiannual physical inventory. You will Monitor the performance indicators established by Management, report monthly compliance and progress, and develop improvement plans when deviations occur. Participate in continuous improvement teams and lead projects that enhance process performance and business profitability. You will participate in and promote the use of Operational Excellence systems and methodologies.
