About the role

As a Coordinator Accounting, you will play an essential role in supporting InstaShop's operations by managing partner relationships, assisting with financial processes, and ensuring smooth financial operations across our growing network of partner shops. You'll be the go-to person for partner inquiries, help set up new shops, and support our finance team with monthly closures, playing a vital part in ensuring our partners' success on the InstaShop platform. WHAT'S ON YOUR PLATE? Coordinating the setup and onboarding process for new partner shops, ensuring a seamless integration into InstaShop's platform. Providing ongoing assistance to existing partner shops, guiding them through InstaShop's operational processes, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive partner experience. Responding to partner inquiries and emails, resolving any issues or questions partners may have regarding their operations on our platform. Conducting regular updates and adjustments to partner shops' information as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance. Supporting the Business Development team by assisting with partner-related inquiries to aid in smooth expansion efforts. Managing office petty cash, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for all office-related costs. Maintaining up-to-date financial records, including bank details for partner shops, to facilitate accurate payments and reporting. Assisting the finance team with monthly closing tasks, including reconciliation and other accounting responsibilities. WHAT DID WE ORDER? Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail Proficiency in MS Excel Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of petty cash management and reconciliation processes.
