Manage motor claims, including first notice of loss, assessment, investigation and settlement. Review policy coverage, determine claim outcomes and escalate complex matters where needed. Build strong relationships with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders through clear, timely communication. Maintain accurate claim records and contribute to a timely, efficient claims process. About you You're a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset and a genuine commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work in a dynamic environment. Experience in insurance, claims, financial services or a similar customer-focused environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. Well-developed organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy. Analytical thinking and sound judgement when reviewing information and making decisions. A proactive approach, with confidence using initiative and solving problems effectively. Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications, or a willingness to continue building your expertise.
