We're recruiting for a Stockroom & Replenishment Manager and an Assistant Stockroom & Replenishment Manager . These roles will play a critical role in bringing the MECCA experience to life by w orking closely with store leadership, inventory and front-of-house teams . Together , you'll lead the end-to-end stock and replenishment operation and help ensure the seamless flow of stock from delivery through to shelf, enabling exceptional customer experiences and supporting strong commercial outcomes . Together, these roles will also lead the team of Operations Specialists and Replenishment Assistants who are responsible for maintaining operational excellence across stock management, replenishment and inventory accuracy . Day-to-day responsibilities: As a Stockroom & Replenishment Manager or Assistant Stockroom & Replenishment Manager, you will work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade. Manage and support the physical replenishment of stock to shelf, ensuring deliveries are unpacked and available for customers before trade each day. Ensure the Operations team has the support and knowledge required to complete tasks associated with store operations, inventory management and visual merchandising, including secondary locations and gifting areas. Build, coach and support a high-performing team who are connected to their purpose and understand how they contribute to the customer experience in-store. Oversee daily and cyclical stock replenishment tasks, ensuring shelves and promotional areas are fully stocked and well-presented while maintaining exceptional front-of-house and stockroom standards. Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols, manage stock processes and support team capability and operational efficiency. Use KPIs and stock-related reporting to identify opportunities to drive stronger business performance while collaborating with the store leadership team to achieve store KPIs and sales targets. Operate with agility and apply critical thinking to solve problems in a fast-paced retail environment. What you'll bring to this role: Experience working within large-format retail environments, managing goods incoming and stock movement. Stock and inventory management experience. Experience working with stock-receiving equipment such as pallet jacks (desirable). Previous coaching and mentoring experience focused on team member development. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience. A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across teams.
