Compensation for roles within this talent community varies based on specialization, technical expertise, and level. This posting may support hiring across various production/manufacturing levels. Anticipated base salary ranges are generally as follows: Production Operator : $20 - $25 /hr Medical Sewers - I, II, Sr: $24 - $30 /hr Tissue Operators - I, II, Sr: $22 - $28 /hr Quality Control Inspectors - I, II, Sr: $24 - $30 /hr Sterilization Operators: $24 - $30 /hr Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Technician: $30 - $40 /hr Eligible positions may also participate in annual incentive and equity programs.
