A key objective of this role is to support the future digital transformation of the Food & Beverage function through AI and automation: Research emerging AI tools and hospitality applications. Identify repetitive administrative tasks suitable for automation. Support the creation of a Global F&B Knowledge Hub. Assist with the development and testing of AI-powered solutions. Map opportunities for improved efficiency through digital workflows and automation. As an intern, you will help explore and develop a proof-of-concept that could eventually be deployed across Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, MGallery, and Emblems hotels worldwide, covering: Brand standards and guidelines Concept development resources Menu engineering support Beverage and cocktail recommendations Sustainability and sourcing guidance Training materials and best practices Performance benchmarking insights Project and opening support resources Marketing and activation toolkits Frequently asked operational questions What you will bring to the role You have a master in Hospitality / Food & Beverage and you are searching for an internship of 6 months starting between July and September 2026.
