Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to support industrial account growth, including partner-specific campaigns, events, placements, and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities and implement data-driven strategies for improvement within the sales NAM/KAM.

  • Foster strong relationships with sales partners, ensuring their needs are met and collaboration remains seamless.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Working knowledge of demand planning and supply chain management, including forecasting and collaboration with supply teams to ensure product availability.
  • Moderate understanding of financial principles to evaluate cost-effectiveness and assess the impact of decisions on profitability.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage projects, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent bilingual communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, reporting and analytics software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with industrial products/verticals, trends, and customer needs.
  • Experience managing partner networks or distributors.
