Director, Growth & Structured Finance

Responsibilities

• This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of complex financing solutions to SME and Mid-Market clients, helping businesses grow and succeed across the UK.
• You'll work closely with Credit Risk and Product teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke lending structures, while also supporting colleagues across the SME and Mid-Market coverage businesses and contributing to the development of our broader market proposition.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in cashflow lending, debt origination and structuring
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capability, including experience delivering complex or leveraged transactions
• 5+ years' experience working across SME and Mid-Market client segments
• Ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
• Established network within the corporate finance, debt advisory and professional communities
• And any experience of these would be great:
• Recognised accountancy or finance qualification
