Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance and improvement programmes.
• Conduct regular audits, reviews, and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and internal procedures.
• Monitor key quality indicators and prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments.
• Review and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and quality-related records.
• Support incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis to drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist in preparation for external audits, licensing inspections, and accreditation reviews.
• Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and operations teams to promote quality and safety standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Perform other quality-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, nursing home, or eldercare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
