WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON What you will focus on The Graphic Designer in the Creative Agency Team plays a vital role in adapting and creating compelling visuals: illustrations and marketing assets to drive engagement and support marketing strategies across various channels. This includes creating promotional materials for user acquisition campaigns, social media, in-game events, branding initiatives, and merchandise. The designer collaborates with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, live operations, and user acquisition teams, to ensure visuals align with creative briefs and enhance the player experience. Working under the guidance of the Creative Agency Lead, the designer brings creativity, precision, and innovation to every project. What it means on a daily basis Design and Production Create high-quality 2D assets for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media graphics, banners, app stores images, cross-promotions, and user acquisition campaigns. Design in-game visuals (icons, splash screens, event banners) and branding materials (logos, infographics, presentations, merchandise). Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platform or format, including print and digital channels. Able to use and combine the technical skills, creativity and attention to detail to adapt to diverse styles and project needs. Communication Incorporate feedback from internal teams, leads, and licensors quickly and accurately, ensuring the final product aligns with requirement.s Participate in meetings, contribute fresh ideas, and help shape the creative direction and narrative of 2D assets. Consistency & Guidelines Learn and strictly adhere to artistic, brand IP, and licensing guidelines. Innovation Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to bring innovative techniques to the projects. Who you would be working with You will report to the Creative Agency Team Lead (CAT Lead) and work closely with the Project Manager, as well as other Graphic Designers, Illustration Artists, and Motion Designers on the team. You will also coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including the Marketing team, Game team, and Clients (depending on the project). An online portfolio and/or demo reel, which must be included with your application. Bachelor's / College Degree in Graphic Design / Art / Creative Multimedia is recommended.
