Flexible working hoursProfessional onboarding and training optionsPowerful team looking forward to working with youCareer coaching and development opportunitiesHealth benefits401(k)This position is part of the Product Development Engineering team , located in Loveland, CO, and will be onsite.In this role, a typical day will look like:Translate compliance strategy into product deliverables.Evaluate component or design changes for sustaining compliance.Plan, perform, and oversee EMC/EMI testing internally and at external certified labs.Analyze compliance risks, troubleshoot failures, and recommend design mitigations (e.g., grounding, shielding, filtering, layout improvements).Interface with notified bodies and third-party labs to support certification activities.Prepare and review compliance documentation, including technical files, reports, and declarations of conformity.Support audits and ensure compliance documentation is complete, accurate , and audit-ready .Lead cross-functional compliance reviews and mentor engineers and stakeholders on product compliance topics.The essential requirements of the job include :Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in product compliance, or EMC engineering, preferably in instrumentation, electronics, medical devices, or industrial products.Interpret and apply applicable product compliance standards, with specialization in two or more of the following areas:Product EMC standards certification and testing of electrical instrumentationProduct safety standards and certification and testing of electrical instrumentationFCC/ IC radio/wireless standards and certificationBattery standards and certificationRF DesignHazardous Locations (and ATEX) design certification of electrical instrumentationLaser standards and CDRH certificationEnvironmental compliance (green) standards of electrical instrumentationDemonstrated hands ‑ on experience with EMC/EMI testing and failure resolution.Additional preferred experienceMaster's degree in a technical discipline.Experience with analytical or industrial instrumentation products.Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or similar quality systems.Experience working with third-party labs and certification bodies.Experience with wireless modules, lasers, LEDs, or battery systems.Specialization in multiple product compliance domains (e.g., Safety, EMC, RF, ATEX, Environmental compliance).Health insuranceVision insuranceFlexible schedule
