Process Optimization - Review SOPs, templates, and workflows with Team Leaders to improve efficiency and documentation. HR & Staff Welfare - Support leave approvals, overtime, recruitment, and initiatives to maintain staff morale and well‑being. Policy & Compliance Oversight - Ensure adherence to company policies, oversee compensation matters, and handle additional operational duties.
