Responsibilities

• Study client's behaviour and apply behavioral therapy principles.
• Develop individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student Implement IEPs, assess students' performance and track their progress.
• Update IEPs throughout the school year to reflect student's progress and goals.
• Manage a group of students of ratio 1:4-5 kids with other teachers in the class.
• Be able to recognize and respond to critical improvements in students' behaviours.
• Become familiar with and use behavioural redirection techniques
• Know how to respond to negative behaviours appropriately.
• Provide written documentation on each student.
• Communicate progress with managers and parents.

• Must have at least Nitec in Special Education, Education of Psychology.
• Good understanding of best practices in inclusive and special education to support diverse learners.
