- Pipeline & Process Management

- Manage interview scheduling and facilitate coordination with leadership

- Recruiting Support
- Learn and implement best recruiting practices from seasoned team leaders
- Monitor recruiting metrics, including call volume, interviews scheduled, and hires made
Requirements

- Comfortable conducting outreach calls and establishing rapport with new contacts
