Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applied and executed large-scale prevention activities across installation and tenant commands to optimize group health, resulting in decreased rates of destructive behaviors (suicide, sexual assault, and substance misuse). 2)Conducted formal assessments and program evaluations to provide command teams with the actionable tools, skills, and prevention knowledge required to bridge systemic gaps; 3)Consolidated, tracked, and analyzed complex data streams from command climate reports and unit metrics to isolate localized trends, forecast risks, and deliver strategic recommendations to leadership. **NOTE: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for the position.
