Brand Ambassador (1 year contract) #TNKC

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, providing a positive and professional experience
• Support daily showroom operations and ensure the showroom is well-maintained and presentable
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and capture customer information accurately in internal systems
• Support customer service, administrative, and operational activities as required
• Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing events, roadshows, and customer engagement initiatives
• Support content creation and social media activities to enhance brand awareness
• Manage showroom materials, supplies, and related inventory records
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to support service improvements
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
