Senior Manager, Product Engineering - Footwear

Responsibilities

• PMO Product Engineering, Development, and Manufacturing teams
• Global and regional Sport & Engineering team
• Factory partners and external suppliers
• Cross-functional teams (Innovation, Materials, Costing, Product Testing, Chemical, Tooling, Supply Chain)
• You will operate in a highly matrixed, global environment, requiring strong influencing, alignment, and partnership capabilities with strong people and team-oriented mindset, want to lead and growth together with the team.
• WHAT YOU BRING
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 8+ years of relevant experience in footwear engineering, development, or manufacturing
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing teams
• Deep technical expertise in footwear engineering, tooling, materials, or manufacturing processes
• Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Demonstrated problem-solving capability in complex product and manufacturing scenarios
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technical insights into clear direction
• Ability to work across cultures and navigate global partnerships

In this role, you will act as a key connector across Product Creation, Innovations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Factory partners, while also serving as a people leader who scales engineering capability across the team and partner network. You will also bring deep engineer experience and knowledge to guide complex product decisions, while driving team performance, collaboration, and long-term capability building.
