Bell Instructor 412 - Evergreen

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots in accordance with FAA, EASA, GCAA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Deliver instruction on normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures , aircraft systems, and operational performance.
• Evaluate trainee performance, provide constructive feedback, and complete all required documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 aircraft systems, operational procedures, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training programs and courseware.
• Ensure compliance with CAE's Safety Management System (SMS) and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Valid Bell 412 Type Rating (preferred).
• Minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time , with significant experience on Bell 412
• Previous experience as a flight instructor or simulator instructor (rotary-wing experience required).
• Must be EASA, qualified
• Excellente communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic training environment and adapt to client need
