Role purpose An Intern works in project teams, which may be led by a Manager or Director. The expectation is for the Design Intern to play an active role in supporting the design team in defining, preparing, and delivering services and deliverables to clients. The role will provide a learning opportunity for the intern and valuable support to the organization. Key accountabilities Work creatively and analytically to support design generation of the team Brainstorming and ideating for design solutions based on the research and data gathered by the team Synthesize complex information and produce low to high fidelity outcomes Help develop highly engaging presentations to make the case for change Get exposure to AI technologies and opportunities Effectively communicate your designs (written and oral) within the team and if needed, with project stakeholders Actively contribute within a team-oriented environment Professional skills Good understanding of design principles Attention to detail Teamworking skills Good oral and written communication skills Design software skills (e.g. Figma, Adobe, Invision) Self-motivation Creative and innovative mindset Personality and Interpersonal Skills Ability to handle intensive workloads in a fast-paced setting An effective team player, dedicated to contributing towards the outcome desired by the team Deeply curious about design and its impact on technology and business, highly motivated to have an impact on clients, and interested in a variety of client issues
