Effective in driving cultural change and leading transformation. Challenges conventional thinking that interferes with change efforts. Provides coaching to the team(s), including the establishment of new teams, and summarizing and promoting best practices. Collaborating with team to drive the maturity of processes and practices; identify and facilitate continuous improvements. Facilitates discussions across multiple levels of stakeholders to identify and escalate highly complex problems impeding teams' delivery/progress. Identifying learning and development opportunities for team on the subject of agile methodology, principles and/or tools; customizing, maintaining and delivering training materials as needed.
