We will do our best to make this possible. We are looking for a hands-on and structured Media Buyer/Planner (all genders) to join our Brand & Media Management Team of 11 passionate professionals. In this role, you will play a key part in realizing our offline brand media initiatives such as TV, OOH or Print and their digital extensions. You will independently manage media projects from research, planning to execution, while also taking ownership of various operational day-to-day tasks that keep our brand-media campaigns running smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and directly support our Team Lead of Media Management. Your Role Oversee the offline media strategy across TV, DTV, Radio, OOH, Podcasts, and Print, ensuring efficient implementation and alignment with brand objectives. Take full responsibility for media planning, buying, execution, and reporting, driving projects end-to-end with a structured, deadline-oriented approach. Handle daily operational media management tasks with reliability and attention to detail. Monitor timelines, flag potential blockers proactively, and ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Analyze and interpret performance data to continuously optimize media efficiency and spending. Collaborate closely with the Brand & Media Management team, providing direct support in daily operations and project follow-up. Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and presentations for internal and external partners. Your Profile Strong project management and prioritization skills, with a structured approach to multitasking and meeting deadlines. Hands-on mindset: comfortable taking ownership of both operational and strategic tasks. Experience in offline media channels (TV, OOH, Print, Radio, Podcasts, or Offline Activations). Analytical and data-driven, with strong skills in Excel and reporting tools. Reliable, structured, and able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced and high-stake environment . Resilient and able to maintain a calm, solution-oriented attitude in challenging situations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring transparency and reliability in stakeholder management. Fluency in German and English.
