Key Responsibilities Resolve technical problems on site instantly to avoid construction delay. Conduct daily safety patrols for electrical, machinery and high-risk M&E operations. Communicate with maincon and subcontractors for technical alignment. Record site defects and issue rectification notices with clear deadlines. Ensure all M&E equipment and materials have valid test certificates and approvals. Support handover process, compile operation & maintenance manuals for building M&E systems. 3. Job Requirement Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years relevant experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hands-on and detail oriented Strong understanding of M & E Works
