Key Result Areas PM Analysis Support Project installation Training & Development Procurement Assistance Knowledge Management Key Responsibilities & Job Content PM Analysis: Analysis possible cause of problem, period of service and subject to take action. Forecast for failure and take predictive maintenance. Support Project installation: Ensure that the project will complete in timeline and budget. Training & Development: Assist the line manager for the training need analysis, training plan and training provide to achieve the business training plan and the law requirements. Procurement Assistance: Assist the manager collecting information about PM resources. Knowledge Management: Managing technical data as assignment. Skills & Experience - Desirable Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering 5+ years' experience in Mechanical Engineering or project works Engineering Design Tools: AutoCAD 2D 3D, SolidWorks, Strong engineering projects, utilities, maintenance knowledge Creative and innovative in solutions Critical thinking and analytical skills Confidence communication and interpersonal skills Good in written and verbal English Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, material science and manufacturing processes.
