Job Title: Box Office Representative Department: Ticket Operations Reports to: Manager of Ticket Operations Job Summary Box Office Representatives assist customers with the selection and purchase of their tickets, while providing helpful information and a high level of customer service. Box Office Representatives are commonly the first point of contact for guests attending a match, so they set the tone for the entire fan experience. Box Office Representatives greet each guest and respond to each request in a friendly and polite manner, while giving guidance and direction for any further needs. The ability to proficiently navigate the ticketing system, as well a strong customer service background, is essential. Hours include approximately 5 - 6 hours on game day at TQL Stadium. Your day will include arriving to TQL Stadium 3 hours before kickoff and working for the duration of the game (about 2 hours).
