Responsibilities

  • Undertake stakeholder liaising and requirements gathering

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel to advanced level
  • SAS / Visual Basic / VBA / SQL experience
  • Report writing/understanding via SAS / Crystal / Business Objects
  • Strong communication skills alongside an eye for detail
  • Proactive can-do attitude, keen to seek improvement.

Our Continuous Improvement Team (CS Division) is responsible for a wide range of reporting across the business and is a central point of MI to Sales, Service and Operational departments. This is an exciting opportunity to join this team in a 18-month FTC position. Summary of the Role Automate, build and own key strategic operational reports Examine and evaluate the purpose and content of business reports to develop new or improve existing reports using a variety of reporting formats and tools. Identify and understand data sources to improve accuracy and efficiency across multiple reporting streams Respond to data requests in timely and appropriate manner Support team members in automation and efficiency of reports as well as helping ask what reporting is essential; to be fluid with keeping up with reporting demand for stakeholders
