Provide support on marketing excellence, enhancing digital capabilities Focus on strategic initiatives facilitating IFT with Competencies as defined Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs Sustaining/ Overseeing the implementation of training interventions Provides Training and Coaching focus Field coaching through joint field work in consultation with stake holders. Product/ Skill write-ups. Measuring the impact of training through Quiz during cycle meetings, qtrly as identified zonal needs etc. Productivity benchmarking and enhancement. Metrics to map the Performance / Productivity enhancements.
