Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Experience which requires a substantial level of judgement, discretion, and attention to detail. 3. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, often under strict deadlines, while continuing to provide effective support to a diverse range of personnel. 4. Skill to operate a personal computer and associated peripheral equipment and software such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 5. Ability to read and interpret specific procedural guides such as instructions, manuals, established policies and procedures for assigned tasks. 6. Skill in preparing documentation and presentations in proper format, in accordance with Naval Correspondence standards, grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules. 7. Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing with co-workers, MCCS employees, managers, and extended contacts using proper tact and diplomacy. 8. Skill to deal with employees at various levels in the organization and to represent the division with customers external to the organization. Experience working with command-level leadership. 9. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and tact, along with the ability to independently solve problems and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
