This expansion role is for a Network Engineer in the Brazil/Mexico/Philippines area to perform remote support with various customers to implement and support Palo Alto firewalls and Cisco-based networks. Your first project is a full-time position with one of our customers managing Palo Alto and Cisco network devices and providing support for the customer's follow the sun model. In this role, you will: Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systems Implement, manage Palo Alto firewalls Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients What you need to succeed: Strong understanding and skills on Palo Alto firewalls Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure (formerly Route/Switch), (enterprise wireless and collaboration are welcome as well - let's talk) Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting and support of large enterprise networks Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSFP, and BGP) Good understanding and practical experience with switching technologies (Spanning tree, EtherChannel, Port Security, 802.1X, MAB) Willingness and ability to travel 50% Desirable: Strongly prefer experience with the implementation of Cisco-based wireless network infrastructure Wireless experience preferably with Meraki is required ***This role is 100% remote.
