Designation : Lead Associate (4S) -Target Balance-Data Analytics Role Objective: Creating and executive SQL reports Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collect and prepare datasets using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools Develop dashboards and visualizations in Power BI/Tableau Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer business problems and uncover insights Maintain data accuracy through validation and documentation Participate in data platform enhancements and process improvements Certification: NA Skill Set: Should have strong Analytical skills and Advance Excel knowledge Should have Strong knowledge on Power BI Should have strong knowledge on SQL (Advanced) and Python Should have Hand's-on experience in Advanced Excel Preferably AR Follow-up / US Healthcare RCM domain knowledge Pre-requisite: Should have overall 3+ years of experience in RCM Operations Should have analytical skills & exhibit clear thinking/reasoning Should be able to comprehend & well-articulated to present his/her thought process well Should have excellent feedback and coaching skills Working in an evolving healthcare setting, we use our shared expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
