RPA Support

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable operation (Run & Maintain) of automation solutions
• Troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs, and resolve production issues
• Monitor executions and manage failures across automation platforms
• Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with business units
• Propose improvements and evolution of existing automations
• Contribute to the adoption of agentification concepts and modern automation approaches
• Support governance, quality, and scalability of automation and agent-based solutions
• Proven experience in automation operations and support environments
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot Studio
• UiPath
• Power Automate (cloud flows)
• Knowledge of RPA, workflow automation, and production operations
• Understanding of agentic workflows and agent governance concepts
• Experience working within ITSM environments (incidents, problems, changes)

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications are a plus
• Languages
• Portuguese, Spanish, and English (mandatory)

Additional Information

We are looking for a RPA Support to ensure the operation, stability, and continuous evolution of automation solutions within our Automation CoE. This role requires strong expertise in UiPath, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio , with a focus on both running existing automations and designing next-generation agentic workflows .
