Responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and components.

- Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Vocational/technical training in manufacturing, electronics, or mechanical inspection. Preferred.
- Additional Qualifications
- Preferred, some experience with internal audits
- Preferred, some experience with PCB/PCBA inspection
- 2 years of experience in Quality Control, manufacturing, or inspection roles
- Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality control principles, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and work instructions.
- Working knowledge of visual inspection techniques, including use of microscopes and magnification tools for fine and precision components.
- Familiarity with serialization, labeling, traceability, and documentation requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of product conformity, non‑conformance identification, and corrective action processes (NCR/CAR support).
- Basic computer skills for data entry, inspection records, and quality documentation systems.
- Ability to handle and test delicate, sensitive, or high‑reliability components while maintaining product integrity and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to use measurement tools such as calipers, depth gages, etc.
- An in-depth understanding of AS9102 FAIs
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
