ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead lift-and-shift of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA. Own Time Management design - schemas, schedules, quotas, OT, allowances. Deliver Singapore statutory payroll (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG). Design SuccessFactors EC ↔ S/4HANA HCM integration and the payroll-to-FI/CO posting interface. Lead and run the H2E workshops and advise on the future-state unified HR platform direction (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP). Lead the onshore/offshore payroll & time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover, and hyper-care.
