• You will also be responsible for managing priorities, resources, and budgets within your area, ensuring that the organization's engineering efforts are both effective and sustainable over time.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing engineering
• Proven experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience leading teams within engineering or manufacturing
